Welcome to Ravens Adventures!
Your hosts are Brent and Gail and of course a pack of happy dogs. Our "kennel" consists of a variety of different dogs. We have husky mixes, Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Huskies and Border Collies.
Brent had several years of recreational sledding experience prior to the inception of Ravens Adventures and is self employed as a builder of handcrafted log homes, log staircases and log furniture. Brent also provides the services of log home refinishing, restorations and consulting. Gail had also been sledding for several years prior to Ravens Adventures, recreationally as well as competitively on the Ontario sprint circuit in the 4, 6 and 8dog sprint classes. She began sledding with a somewhat unlikely bunch of dogs, puppies adopted from a shelter and more pups adopted from a border collie rescue. All were raised to become sled dogs and were raced under the kennel name of Silhouette Racing Rescues. Some have also trained in agility, competed in disc dog trials and a few were employed as goose control dogs by her former township, the school board and private individuals.
